Each workshop is scheduled for one hour although we. do sometimes go slightly over. Included with your workshop ticket is access to a 7-day WhatsApp community after the class.

Yes, you will receive lifetime access to the recording of the workshop.

All workshop are recorded and the replay is sent to you within 24 hours of the workshop (usually much sooner). Even if you can't be there live, the Zoom portion is pure teaching and not interactive. You will also be able to participate in the 7-day WhatsApp community where you can ask Kate questions and interact with other participants.
